Bankoto provides a back-office platform and professional services for Nigerian SMEs, covering incorporation, accounting, tax, payroll, payments and legal work. Its Console combines AI-supported preparation with review by the professionals assigned to the work, while its ERP covers invoices, inventory and expenses.
Accounting includes transaction classification, bank reconciliation and monthly financial statements. Tax services cover VAT, PAYE, withholding and company income tax; payroll connects salary runs, statutory deductions and payslips with HR documents. Incorporation covers CAC registration and supporting legal documents, while legal services include contracts, clause review and compliance work.
Clients can buy individual services or combine workstreams into Bankoto One. That bundle brings bookkeeping, tax, statements and payroll under an assigned accountant, tax consultant and engagement lead. Multi-entity or larger organizations can receive a separately scoped plan, keeping professional sign-off alongside automated preparation.
