Overview
Cytora is an agentic risk-digitization platform for commercial insurance.
What Cytora does
Cytora digitizes and routes risk information for commercial insurance. Insurers, reinsurers, brokers and managing general agents use it to turn submissions and other trading-partner documents into a consistent view of risk for downstream decisions.
The platform handles new business, renewals, claims and mid-term adjustments. Prebuilt schemas support different segments and lines of business, while customers configure their own risk definitions and workflows. It can also standardize quotes, policies and invoices so terms, limits, exclusions and billing information can be compared or processed.
Human review, explainability and routing sit alongside its automation capabilities. Teams can design different paths for different levels of complexity and use connected data to enrich the record. Cytora provides the risk-processing infrastructure; the insurance organization retains its underwriting approach and decision process.
