Overview
Dexory combines autonomous warehouse robots with AI-powered warehouse intelligence. Its DexoryView platform connects daily physical scans to a live view of inventory, discrepancies and space use across warehouse operations.
What Dexory does
Dexory’s robots scan warehouse locations and feed the results into DexoryView, creating a physical record of what is actually present. The platform compares that view with warehouse-management data so teams can identify missing stock, unexpected inventory and location mismatches without relying solely on manual counts.
Its Integrity module focuses on inventory discrepancies and physical conditions such as damage, hygiene and rack compliance. Optimise examines slotting, space utilization and consolidation opportunities. Warehouse teams can use the resulting information to prioritize replenishment, investigate exceptions and improve how stock moves through the facility.
The solution serves logistics providers, retailers, manufacturers and other businesses operating warehouses. Dexory deploys the robots alongside existing workflows and connects the platform to the customer’s systems. Its subscription combines hardware, software, monitoring and ongoing support, rather than requiring the customer to assemble a robotics project from separate components.
Differentiation
Compared with manual stock checks
Dexory repeatedly captures physical inventory data with robots, giving teams a consistent basis for finding and investigating discrepancies between the floor and the warehouse system.
Compared with warehouse software alone
The platform has its own physical capture layer. Its intelligence comes from fresh scans of the facility as well as the customer’s system records, with hardware and support included in the operating model.
Track record
Dexory publishes named operator accounts from GXO, Maersk, Unipart, Ziegler and other logistics businesses. The examples describe inventory-control and warehouse-visibility deployments.
