LegalFly is an AI legal operating system for corporate legal teams.

What LegalFly does

LEGALFLY provides an AI legal operating system for corporate teams. It connects intake, research, contract review, drafting and due diligence with a shared document and knowledge layer, serving legal departments and the business teams that work with them.

Discovery supports jurisdiction-specific research and document analysis. Review applies playbooks to contracts and negotiation, while Multi Review handles larger document sets. Legal Radar monitors regulatory developments, and Agent Studio lets organizations create agents and workflows around their own processes.

Anonymization and privacy controls are built into the workflow. A Word add-in and other integrations keep review close to the documents teams already use. Legal, procurement, claims, HR and sales teams can work within common legal standards while escalating questions that need professional judgment.
