Overview
MCK delivers managed security and IT operations using AI-supported monitoring and response.
What MCK does
MCK delivers managed network, security and physical-intelligence services for North American businesses. The operating stack combines the Fortinet Security Fabric with CORTAI, an independent AI platform used across monitoring and response.
Network services cover infrastructure management and ongoing support, while security work includes managed detection and response, threat investigation and access protection. Physical-intelligence services extend monitoring into surveillance environments.
CORTAI supplies anomaly detection and automation inside those operations, while the managed-service team handles the broader service relationship and cases needing intervention. The technology provider and MCK’s delivery responsibility are distinct; the profile does not assume that a third-party platform is MCK-owned software.
Differentiation
Managed operation
The engagement includes operating and supporting the network and security environment, rather than merely licensing monitoring software.
Connected technical domains
Network, cyber security and physical intelligence share an operational model and AI layer, instead of being separate alert-only tools.
Investors & backers
MCK states that it joined the Citel Group in 2005. This is a group relationship, rather than a disclosed venture funding round.
