Overview
Relio delivers agentic infrastructure connecting the healthcare revenue cycle.
What Relio does
Relio connects the healthcare revenue cycle through agents for benefits verification, coding and claim scrubbing, followed by the work needed to move a claim through payer systems. The platform preserves context across the cycle rather than treating each task as an isolated queue.
The first-pass workflow assembles benefit information, proposes medical coding and checks claims against payer rules before submission. Complex or lower-confidence cases can escalate to the customer’s experts, with an audit trail around decisions.
Customers can license the configured platform for their own team or engage Relio to operate the cycle as a managed service. Forward-deployed engineers support go-live in either model. The managed arrangement and the platform license therefore place different operational responsibility with the provider and the customer.
Differentiation
Connected claim context
Benefits, coding and scrubbing use a shared workflow, reducing the need to reconstruct the same case at each stage.
License or delegated operation
A platform customer runs its own team; a managed-service customer delegates the agreed cycle to Relio. Those are separate delivery choices.
Pricing
The site distinguishes platform licensing from a managed service. It advertises a 24-month price lock for the license and states that managed fees are not a percentage of collections; the actual scope is proposed with the team.
