AppZen automates accounts-payable, expense and corporate-card work for enterprise finance teams. Its agents review transactions, handle vendor communications and move approved items through the appropriate workflow, escalating cases that need human judgment.
Autonomous AP supports invoice processing and approval, while the AP Inbox Service Center manages incoming supplier email. Expense Audit checks expense reports, and card products review non-travel spending. Additional agents support VAT reclaim and e-invoicing requirements.
The Mastermind platform provides low-code agent creation, prebuilt applications, analytics and connections to existing finance systems. Finance teams can trace actions and outcomes while defining the policies an agent follows. This combines transaction review with operational resolution rather than limiting the product to a risk score.
