Overview
Compound Law delivers AI-native commercial legal services for business teams.
What Compound Law does
Compound Law provides commercial legal work for technology businesses, combining named lawyers with AI-supported preparation and review. Its practice covers customer and supplier contracts, contract lifecycle management, privacy, digital regulation, employment and corporate transactions.
Businesses can commission defined deliverables such as an MSA, DPA, contract review or compliance assessment, or engage an external or embedded legal team. The recurring model adds fractional general-counsel capacity as a company grows, including financing preparation, governance and international expansion.
Work is scoped with an agreed price, timeline and revision allowance. A lawyer validates the output before delivery. The firm’s published client stories describe legal ownership through funding rounds and market entry; those client financings are separate from any financing of Compound itself.
Differentiation
Matter or ongoing team
Fixed deliverables and recurring external or embedded teams provide different levels of legal capacity, rather than one uniform software subscription.
Lawyer-validated execution
The engagement includes responsibility for the legal work and review. The client does not simply receive a drafting interface to operate alone.
