Overview
Freed develops AI documentation and front-desk tools for independent clinical practices.
What Freed does
Freed provides AI documentation and front-desk tools for independent clinics. Its scribe turns patient conversations into customized clinical notes, while Front Desk answers calls and organizes communication when staff are busy or the practice is closed.
The clinician product includes visit preparation, specialty-specific templates and a connection for pushing notes into supported browser-based EHRs. Clinical Evidence provides cited answers to clinical questions, and the Coding Assistant suggests ICD-10, CPT and E/M codes within the documentation workflow.
Front Desk adds a natural-language receptionist, multilingual calls, two-way SMS and a shared clinic inbox. Clinics can adopt the scribe and receptionist separately. The emphasis is a practical workflow for local practices, supported by onboarding resources and live assistance rather than a large health-system implementation.
