Overview
Paradox develops conversational recruiting software for candidate communication and hiring coordination.
What Paradox does
Paradox provides conversational hiring software centered on Olivia, its AI assistant. The platform automates candidate communication, application steps and scheduling, with a particular focus on mobile-first frontline hiring.
Employers can use its Conversational ATS or add the Candidate Experience Agent to an existing system of record. Career Site Studio supports the candidate-facing experience, while workflows cover conversational applications, events, CRM, onboarding and surveys.
Integrations connect the assistant with systems including Workday and SAP SuccessFactors. Recruiters and managers use the automation to reduce scheduling and follow-up work while continuing the human interview and selection process. Use cases include restaurant, retail, healthcare, logistics and franchise hiring.
Paradox became part of Workday in October 2025. Its candidate-experience agent complements Workday Recruiting and HiredScore, while supporting conversational applications, screening and interview coordination for frontline and high-volume hiring.
