Overview
Quanta combines a modern general ledger, custom financial infrastructure and an accounting team. It runs accounting operations for growing businesses whose revenue models, source systems or reporting requirements exceed a standard bookkeeping setup.
What Quanta does
Quanta handles the recurring accounting operation: bookkeeping, bank and card reconciliations, accruals, allocations, payroll and expense accounting, monthly close and financial statements. Its accountants also work on revenue recognition, contract interpretation, supporting schedules and audit preparation.
The platform connects operational data, accounting logic and review records to the general ledger. When a company’s billing or internal systems do not fit a standard connector, Quanta builds the required integrations, subledgers and reconciliations. The aim is to keep the evidence behind each number connected to the entry rather than scattered across recurring spreadsheets.
The service is designed to work with a finance lead or a growing internal team. Named accountants learn the business model, review judgments and communicate through Slack or calls. Quanta can also support invoicing, collections, vendor bills and the transition toward a larger in-house accounting function.
Differentiation
Accounting with the underlying context
Quanta connects balances to source activity, supporting schedules and the judgments behind adjustments. Its reporting layer is built on that accounting context.
An operating partner for finance
Quanta takes responsibility for accounting work while the finance team can review the records and decisions. It combines delivery with a live financial system rather than only supplying a ledger application.
Track record
Published customer stories include Daytona, Mintlify and C1, with examples of moving to accrual accounting, handling usage-based revenue and building a more mature finance function.
