Overview
Radley is an AI-native radiology practice serving hospitals and imaging centers. AI prepares work around the study while radiologists review, correct and sign the clinical report.
What Radley does
Radley receives imaging studies through connections to the customer’s PACS and RIS and returns signed reports in the required format. AI prepares a draft before the radiologist opens the case, with the physician responsible for the final interpretation.
The practice also handles the operational steps surrounding the read: delivering results to the ordering provider, communicating critical findings, tracking follow-up and submitting the claim. Those workflows are part of the service rather than tasks left for the customer to assemble around a standalone algorithm.
The intended buyer is a hospital or imaging operator seeking radiology coverage, including periods of high volume or staffing gaps. Radley acts as the reading group, not simply as software installed for the customer’s own radiologists.
Differentiation
Compared with imaging AI software
Radley provides the radiology service and signed reports. Its physicians review the AI-prepared draft and take responsibility for the clinical interpretation.
Compared with a reading-only handoff
Its model includes the communication and administrative work around the report, connecting the study with follow-up and the ordering provider.
